Controller – US & MX Consolidation

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial consolidation of our U.S. and Mexican operations. This role will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements, including foreign currency translation, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations of U.S. and Mexico entities.
• Perform currency translations and ensure accurate intercompany eliminations.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Work closely with accounting teams in both countries to align processes and reporting.
• Support the external audit process, including consolidated documentation and reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
• Partner with senior management to deliver financial insights and drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a consolidation-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and currency translation principles.
• Experience working with international entities, preferably Mexico or Latin America.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

PMO MANAGER

Responsabilities:

The PMO Manager will support development of early-stage strategic initiatives within the company, including the phase of ideation, gathering of market data, furnishing business plans and supporting of the successful execution of projects and programs.

PMO will assist with creation of standardized project management processes, tracking key metrics, providing governance, and offering support to project managers across the organization.

• Develop and implement PMO policies, processes, and templates.
• Preparation of work plan to develop initiatives with Chairman, Monitor and report on project portfolio performance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Act as liaison between Chairman, CEO and various project teams within the company.
• Facilitate project governance processes (e.g., steering committees, gate reviews).
• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation across projects.
• Maintain and update project dashboards, trackers, and tools.
• Support risk, issue, and change management across the project portfolio.
• Train and mentor project teams on PMO standards and tools.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodology and best practices.
• Act as liaison between Chairman, CEO and various project teams within the company. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Desire Project Management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing or coordinating projects
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Fully Bilingual, Spanish/English
