Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to achieve financial and operational objectives of the unit.
• Analyze the market to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency, quality and profitability.
• Manage the budget and monitor financial performance.
• Lead and develop work teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive business development and market share.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering in Agronomy, Management or related field (MBA desirable).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Pollination Manager.
• Experience in strategic planning, financial management and leadership.
• Essential experience in pollination.
• Valid driver’s license and availability to travel.

Technical Skills:

• Financial analysis and budgeting.
• Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CRM (Salesforce desirable).
• Advanced intermediate English.

Physical Requirements:

• Willingness to travel.
