Jalapeño peppers are medium to tall, with a robust plant that adapts well to the various jalapeño producing areas in Mexico. The fruits are large, reaching up to 5.5 inches, with thick walls and a great firmness, in addition to presenting high pungency. Its main characteristic is its high productivity and excellent fruit quality.
