The Southwest International Produce Expo (SWIPE), organized by the Fresh Produce Association of the Americas (FPAA), has established itself as one of the most important events for the fresh produce industry in North America.

Each year, the event brings together producers, buyers, distributors and suppliers of the sector in a space designed to strengthen business relationships, exchange knowledge and learn about the trends that are shaping the direction of the industry.

SWIPE 2026, held January 22-24 in Tucson, Arizona, brought together more than 800 attendees, as well as dozens of exhibitors and buyers from across North America. The event featured educational sessions focused on key topics for the future of the industry, such as technological innovation, artificial intelligence applied to retail, and current supply chain challenges.

In this context, Ahern participated in SWIPE 2026, strengthening its presence within the sector and generating spaces for dialogue with producers, distributors and strategic partners. The expo was an opportunity to exchange experiences, learn about new market perspectives and continue building alliances within the industry.
